「The television didn’t work and the staff tried to fix it but still didn’t work. Didnt change the room. The tub wasn’t clean and it wasn’t enough towels or wash cloths.」

「Clean and spacious room. Overall a decent hotel. Breakfast is also acceptable. My only dissatisfaction was that I was placed on first-floor. The window faced the parking lot, which made me feel a bit exposed despite having the curtains closed.」

「The location is great . Good parking area. Clean enough . However, the room feels cluttered because of too much furniture for small room . Of note, for the amount of money they charge you, they could provide continental breakfast! Most hotels does!」

「I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.」
