Fairfield Hotel with Pool

"The room was clean, but there are some things that need improvement they are outdated or they are starting to not work properly. "

"Breakfast was lackluster. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was good and well lit. Room was decent, bathroom was not very clean, but was acceptable. "

"We stayed at the Natural Bridge hotel seal years ago and enjoyed our stay. This time was such a disappointment that we will not go back again. The sheets were either dirty or stained. When i moved the night stand to plug my phone into the outlet, it was disgustingly dirty. The restaurant was a huge disappointment. The table had not been cleared yet from the previous patron, which was not a big deal until the server came over to clear it off. The server picked up the used glasses and then with her dirty hand from the used glasses picked up an unused glass and then put it back down on the table for us. Yuck! We had to ask her to replace it. I ordered shrimp tacos which came with 2 small shrimp in each taco, a barely a drizzle of some sort of sauce and a souffle cup with a relish for you to add to your tacos. Not worth the money. My spouse had wings and a salad. A couple of the wings were cold inside (not cooked to temp) and a small house salad. The drinks were inconsistent as well. It is a shame, the historic hotel is beautiful in structure but it is not being maintained for quality. "

"Friendly staff. Pool and hot tub are nice. Decent breakfast. Great location. Suite has separate sitting area with door to bedroom and two TVs - perfect for night owl / early bird couples. Walmart, food, gas, etc. in short proximity. Many dining options (Applebees, Ruby Tuesday, Chick Fil A, Burger King, Jersey Mikes, RC Pizza & Subs, Waffle House, and more) all within a couple minutes drive, a few even walkable. Devil's Backbone local brewery a few minutes drive."

"Upon checking in and looking around I knew already what the condition of the hotel would be. Entered into our 2 bed room and smelled like pizza and foul smell. Bathroom was run down and smelled and water was slow to drain in sink. Not sure who is giving this the 4.8 star rating they have but it is NOT TRUE. Other hotel was already booked an we chose this because of the reviews. Nope. Wouldn’t recommend or stay here again. Gentleman at front desk was kind. "

"Newly remodeled hotel. The only thing that wasn’t redone was the shower and the ceiling tiles in the bathroom. Everything else was nice. Breakfast was simple, but good."
