“We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, Ms. Judith and her husband made us feel welcomed with their genuine kindness and hospitality. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and a great place for our family. What stood out most wasn’t just the home, but the hosts themselves. When it was time to leave, they went above and beyond by helping us load our belongings into our Uber, and Ms. Judith even held my daughter so we could get everything organized. Those thoughtful……

“Place was perfect”

“Overall great stay, nice home, nice fenced yard for dog to run around, host was especially nice and responsive. Will would stay again when visiting the Bham area.”

“My only issue is the amount of deodorizers and smelly stuff… it was no t a bad smell at all! It was just not clean, meaning natural ingredients… simple change that could elevate further!”

“Great location and all the amenities! The property was convenient to everything in-town and was extremely well maintained, with all the amenities listed in good working condition. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would 100% stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!”

“Absolutely loved it! We appreciated the open indoor and outdoor space, beautiful decor and all of the amenities of a fully furnished house. It was truly like home away from home. The host were extremely personable, promptly responsive and willing to make accommodations as long as you’re honest. I'd definitely book again.”

“Quiet location, 15 minutes from UAB. Free parking. Short drive to Publix store. We appreciated good communication with the owner and as a bonus the first place we've stayed that had soft toilet paper!”

“I love how unique & comfortable it was”

“Communication 100% before and during stay- I asked prior to stay if I could check in earlier than the original listing time and she confirmed the day of that I could check in at 12-2 due to me having a 4 month old and traveling from Tennessee to attend the R & B Tour!!! Everything was what I expected and more. Thank you Jenny. Very spacious for extra luggage I loved the walk thru closet in master bedroom Clean 100%Remotes had batteries 100%The mirror in the living room is what won me over……

“Great location. Clean and just as promised.”

“The host was very accommodating to our requests. Room was great and as described. Quiet setting close to everything. Definitely highly recommend if you are in downtown Birmingham. Close to UAB for convenience.”

“We were not able to stay at our reserved place. The host called us the day before and told us that the heat went out in the property we had reserved, and could not be fixed in time. However, the host owns other properties in Birmingham, and so gave us other options. We were satisfied with the replacement. The host gave us a refund on the price difference.Consequently, this five star rating is for the customer service, not for the property listed, since I cannot comment on that.”

“I cannot wait to stay at this property again. The host gave precise instructions which made check in super easy. Location was perfect to restauarants and bars. 10/10!!!!”

“The location was great and everything was clean and as expected.”

“Nice and clean”

“Great place to stay”

“Such a lovely, relaxing and beautiful place! All the extras like the snacks, teas, soaps and lotions, French press coffee … were such a nice addition too - we felt pampered and relaxed!”
