The room was spotless and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My only criticism is that there was insufficient drawer space in the room for clothes, which is why the rating is four stars rather than five.

I used to live in the area so I’ve always wanted to stay here but never had a reason till now. It’s absolutely lovely, the amenities are fantastic and it’s so convenient. All the staff are wonderful.

A very enjoyable stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good value and the quality of the Mel was very good. The facilities within the room by way of bottled water, tea and coffee were very good and well set out. The water pressure for the shower was good and the bathroom large.

Get the Junior suite. They were great although a little quirky. However....it is a very old building and that "old feel" is to be expected. We stayed three nights and the food and service was fantastic!

A cute little hotel is a small charming town. There is a parking area right in front of the hotel. So this is very convenient because most likely you will need to take a car to explore to the Cotswold area.
