"We had a fabulous time at Cape Cod and this could not have been a more perfect rental for us. The house is so well furnished! Great kitchen supplies, lots of towels, selection of pillows and so comfortable. It was very clean. It was also nice to have a washer and drier with laundry detergent supplied! It’s located a block from the water and an easy walk to downtown in a quiet area. If we’re ever back in the area we’ll certainly want to stay here."

There are multiple beaches within a very short distance. Gooseberry island was special and I walked it several times. "The convenience of this property was paramount. Shopping of all kinds was minutes away. We did not stay during summer months, but this home is literally 5 minutes from a water slide park. The view from the dock was lovely, the house was clean, and neighborhood was quiet. The two bedrooms feel like one large bedroom without much extra space behind the beds, but it suited our needs just fine. We were return."

"The pictures do not do this place justice. Cute cottage located RIGHT on the water. The screened in porch, with heater, provided protection from the rain and we were able to sit and just listen to the water and the seagulls screeching. Super relaxing. Location is everything. Close to grocery stores and restaurants (all types and all styles). Tons of big fluffy towels and there were even lots of beach towels to use. Outdoor area is amazing with adorondack chairs around a fire pit and a big table...

"We have family that have a home 1 block away so utilized this space to sleep and to escape to when my social battery drained. :). This place was perfect. (And May have the biggest TV I have seen in real life…). Lydia was very responsive and communicative. No issues with check out or check in and even left the lights on for our 9 PM arrival."

"The location was great, an easy walk to the harbor and bike ride to the beach, and convenient to in-town shopping, restaurants and Woods ice cream by car. The outdoor shower was wonderful! It was a stormy and humid.week and we spent a lot of time indoors. It was a nice little cottage, but would have been much nicer if it were cleaner…we cleaned the screens of dust and cobwebs which made a difference in airflow. We also cleaned the gas grill, which was very dirty, but made the most of it...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our recent week on the pond! My husband & I were there with our young adult children and their friends. During the week we ranged from 4 - 6 occupants & there was plenty of room for all. The home is very clean and nicely decorated. The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage space and all had ceiling fans for those warm nights. Two of the bedrooms have sliders out to the backyard with a beautiful view of the pond! We were able to enjoy a few sunrises by literally rolling...
