「This is a country style inn, with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. A lot of nice touches. We did not have to go to the store for coffee, creamer, condiments, etc. The host answered questions promptly. Very quiet area with a great little country store and thee Birdsong Cafe next door.」

「Great place for 2 couples to relax and enjoy the fall sights.Only problem was the master bedroom bath. The bathtub drain was blocked and took 30 minutes to drain the water. Property owner was unable to get a plumber over the weekend, so I removed the stopper cleaned a lot of hair and waste, replaced the stopper and bathtub drained real good after that. 」

「Wish we had been able to stay longer & enjoy the outdoors. We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament for the weekend so we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit or relax outside. It was a great place to wake up to! So much better then a hotel! Will definitely look into for next year!」

「The Canaan apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen with gas stove, full size fridge and has enough counter space to cook. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is so convenient. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The apartment is convenient to pizza, gas station/handy stop, Chinese restaurant, post office and hardware store- I walked to everything. 「It was perfect for our 4 day stay. There were 5 adults and we managed just fine with one full bath ( & a half bath) a queen bed and 2 bunk beds. It was so close to everything.The property was clean & cozy. We loved the gas stove for heat. The property owner is a great communicator and offers a wonderful property.」
