A very clean, modern and cozy cabin. Wonderful surroundings and great view of the valley into Fairplay. There are several close by trails for picturesque hikes.

This a fabulous home away from home. Super clean and well stocked. Just a very comfy and chill place with beautiful views, a great hot tub, and all the comforts you could ask for. Totally would recommend and would stay here again!

If you are looking for a place to unwind and relax, this is it! Beautiful views, comfortable home, full amenities, and excellent service from the host. Many nearby activities and make sure to visit the Southpark museum in FairPlay

We spent a week in this beautiful home and gorgeous scenery and we couldn't avast for a better time! We highly recommend staying at this beautiful home to be right in the center of some amazing scenic views and some of the best fishing available.

We had a wonderful time staying at this cabin! While hiking we got to experience being about 25 feet from a bear. Our dogs loved being able to roam around.

Wonderful weather 40 - 70 degrees. Plenty of places to hike and fish. Nice wildlife as well. Went to Buena Vista for white water rafting and fished the Platte river. Hiked several nice trails close by

The entire process with this home was wonderful, the owners have thought of everything and were excellent with communication. It’s a beautiful home far enough from the busyness to rest, but close enough to some of the best cities in CO. Highly recommended!!

Follow the hosts instructions on an appropriate vehicle! We definitely needed AWD for the country road that brought us back to the home. The house was well furnished and met all the criteria for our weekend away. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for peace and quiet in beautiful Colorado country. Outstanding hosts and accommodations!!

Everything was great! We really appreciated how well stocked everything was. Plenty of towels, wash rags, paper towels etc. Everything was clean and neat. I can’t find anything to complain about. Great communication from owners! Would stay there again.

This house was just what we needed. EVERYTHING in this place is so well thought out. They didn’t miss a beat. We enjoyed the covered jacuzzi while snow fell around us, cooking in the well stocked kitchen, the fireplace, comfortable bed and great shower. We had PRIVACY which is awesome and such a fun time n this beautiful property. WE WILL BE BACK!! Thank you!

Very nice home in a beautiful location. Only a couple of complaints - the upstairs fireplace did not appear to work and neither did the Keurig-type machine for coffee. Had a difficult time with the coffee pot side as well, it kept telling us to clean it. Otherwise, we had a great stay! The hot tub is very nice! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Amazing place at the top of the subdivision. Beautiful views above the evergreens, and the sun warms the living room perfectly. Took our 18mo and 2mo daughters. They did great and loved it! Cooked some amazing meals in the well stocked kitchen. I’m a pretty good chef and they had everything I needed. Great memories. Helps to be in shape at the 11,000 altitude. Drink lots of water! Definitely need 4x4, our Range Rover did fine.

We got several emails from Tina after booking, offering advice and suggestions for our time, which was so sweet and helpful. She always responded immediately to any questions and was very gracious. The Cabin is very well set up for families. It’s inviting, charming, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and fully stocked with anything you could need in the kitchen. We felt remarkably at home there, and would love to stay there again rather than any other place if we come back to the area. It is close enough to Fairplay and Breckenridge, (15 and 30 minutes, respectively), to be quite convenient if you need to make a quick run for milk or an afternoon out, but not so close that you aren’t “away from it all.” I highly recommend these people and their home. The combination made our stay a trip to remember. Oh! And relaxing in the hot tub while stargazing wasn’t too bad, either!

This house is fantastic. It is clean, well maintained and has some great sunrise views! The deck is great for morning coffee, grilling, or evening relaxation. The hot tub is convenient to the door and private. Nice, quiet area with a little space to explore. Was definitely what we were looking for in a relaxing vacation spot and even discussed bringing the family back. Host is amazing with all the communication and check-in / out information. I definitely recommend this house!

Fantastic house and hosts! 1st: host communication was great. We did not have any need to contact the host but were receiving constant and valuable comments. 2nd: house and location were great. It was secluded without being too remote. Very quiet, very dark (for stargazing). We lacked for nothing, very well supplied. Included a lot of little extras most hosts don't supply such as coffee, grinder, filters, dog treats, condiment packs, insta pot, k-cups, humidifiers, fans, dog poop bags, toiletries.... things you don't think about but make things easier and more comfortable. Hiked Pennsylvania mountain which was great and trailhead is less than 10 mins away. Strong suggestion: plan a breakfast at Brekfast in Breckenridge, we eat there anytime we are in the area.

Had a wonderful time up in the mountains! The cabin was a great space for our family and the property was great for going on hikes with our dogs. Loved going into Fairplay for Burro Days. Short drive to Breck for shopping and summer activities on the peaks and Buena Vista for white water rafting.

The property manager was quick to reply with all questions, location was beautiful, house was also beautiful. Went to Breckenridge and Blue Lake for a hike (highly recommend). Moose and deer were in the yard or down the street from the the house which was a treat and loved how the downstairs living could be a separate gathering location if needing to split families up (kids/adults). Perfect vacation for my fur babies as well.

We stayed her for 18 days in the summer and it was an amazing base for us to explore all around. Beautiful views, comfy beds and great response to anything we needed. For sure up high on n the Mountains. The dirt road up was long but navigable in our explorer as it was summer. Highly recommend!
