"We greatly enjoyed our few nights staying at the citizenM on South Lake Union. Our 1 bed had a beautiful view of the city sky rises and was perfectly comfy for 2. The room was very well maintained and clean. The bed was very spacious and comfortable, and the shower felt so nice after a long day outside. The location was great and had a grocery store and many good restaurants all within walking distant. Staff were all also friendly and respectful to us during our visit. We'd be happy to return here again and visit the other citizenM locations in the future."

"Stayed here before. Very nice property. Parking is a bit difficult though "

"The hotel is beautiful, restored very nice, the lounge and restaurant area were relaxing. Staff were helpful and cordial. The only let down was the area outside the hotel. Nothing they can do about it. The homeless, and drugs were out of control, mentally deranged people around the area made it feel very uncomfortable. So inside the hotel was certainly a safe haven."

"Hotel Max is central, hip, and functional. We stayed here once before in a different decade. It has a great location and accommodations are just fine, but given the competition in Seattle, it came up a bit short on this stay. Parking is always a bear in Seattle. Valet parking is $65, but we self-parked two blocks away for $8 for a one-night weekend stay. The bathroom evoked London. In other words, it was tiny. We had a basic king bed room which was fine, but again, small and meh compared to other options in Seattle. One of the elevators was out of order and check in felt like we were crashing a band's album release party. The price was right and the location is prime. But we'll likely find another option nearby next time. "
