“I booked for a Business Suite with 1 bedroom and instead ended up in a studio style accommodation. There was no customary phone that you always find in any hotel room and had to go down to the lobby every time I needed something. There was no room service to change bedsheets/linen. The bathroom had a leak in its pipe which flooded the bathroom floor.”

“The hotel looks much better in photos than in reality. The actual condition of the room and facilities was far below expectations. There was a strong chemical cleaning smell in the room and throughout the property, which made it uncomfortable to stay. The maintenance level was poor, with worn paint, stained curtains, and generally unfinished surfaces. Breakfast was also disappointing. The food quality was below standard. After one night, I decided to leave early, even though my reservation……

“Avoid this hotel. The customer service is atrocious and you do NOT get free breakfast as promised. You don’t get any breakfast at all! And the staff lied when we complained and claimed they had provided it. Bathroom is dirty and old fashioned with leaking pipes. Only positives are the room itself and the location is good. ”

“Booked for three days but left after the first night. Horrible staff that said that they dont even have listings on Expedia and that we would have to pay cash , luckily we got hold of the manager who confirmed that we indeed had a booking and that we already had paid. The major issue was the cleaniness of the room. Everything stank and there were stains on pillows, matress etc. Bathroom was also disgusting. The only positive thing was that it is located in a safe area of Islamabad that is close……
