A very pleasant stay. The villa is beautifully built with care, an eye for detail and with amusing touches. It has not only been well designed and built, but also well maintained.Manolis, the owner, strengthened Greece's reputation for hospitality. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us an array of delicious edible treats, such as greek yogurt, stuffed courgette flowers and watermelon. Barbel was also on hand to answer questions.The settlement of Pitsidia was pleasent enough, with a wide range of restaurants and bars without being overly touristy. The beach however was only five minutes away by car. We visited a quiet and busier beach (at Matala). Overall, would very much recommend.Thank you.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Paradiso 1! Der Empfang war total herzlich, auch Wünsche nach einem Kinderbett und -stuhl kein Problem. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet mit vielen schönen kleinen Details und wir haben bei den heißen Temperaturen den Pool geliebt! Manolis hat nicht nur zu einem tollen Barbecue eingeladen, sondern uns auch zwischendurch immer wieder mit lauter leckeren Sachen verwöhnt. Uns hat es wirklich sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely villa and host

The villa had a great layout with everything we needed for a family of 5. It had a great room where we ate and relaxed in the air conditioning. Our host was very welcoming and generous. When we arrived, the kids were given fresh eggs from the hen house, and a delicious watermelon salad was in the fridge for us. Manolis cooked a feast for all of the guests which made us feel very welcome and grateful. We had a private pool but could use the larger shared pool and deck games when it wasn’t too busy. We met nice families staying in the villas around us. We walked 5 minutes into the village every morning for fresh bread and eggs. The village and neighbour village 5 minute drive away were very relaxed, low key, friendly, welcoming places to visit and eat. We enjoyed traditional Greek music and dancing in the village plaza one night during dinner. We had an amazing time in Pitsidia and wished we could have stayed longer.

sehr gastfreundlich

wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und am ersten Tag zum Abendessen eingeladen. Das Haus bietet genug Platz (wir waren drei Erwachsene). Die Küche hatte alles erforderliche, zum Schwimmen im Pool war es uns im November zu kalt. Die Lage ist prima, gute Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen.

Ein wahres Paradies

Meine Frau ist Italienisch, ich bin Französisch. Ich hoffe, Sie werden meine gebrochenem Deutsch zu entschuldigen. :-) Wir waren für 12 Tage in der Villa Paradisos 1. Das Haus ist ein wahres Paradies. Der Ort ist ruhig, sehr gut in der Nähe von Matala entfernt, sondern auch die schönen Strände von Kommos und Kalamaki. Wir mieteten ein 4x4 und wir haben wunderbare Ausflüge in die Berge, die Erkundung der Klöster und Straßen, die zu kleinen Buchten an der Südküste. Der Besitzer, Manolis ein wunderbarer Mann, warm, einladend. Die bewegendsten Erinnerungen an unseren Aufenthalt war der Grill von Manolis organisiert. Wir hatten Familie und gemeinsame Stunden vor Lachen und Wärme mit netten deutschen Touristen, die in anderen Villen zu Manolis gehören. Pierre, (oder genauer gesagt, Petros) und Giovanna.

Un séjour de rêve

Mon épouse et moi, avons passé 12 jours à la Villa Paradisos 1. La villa est très agréable, dans un environnement calme, proche du viallge de Pitsidias. Commerces, tavernes à proximité. Manolis, le propriétaire nous a accueilli comme savent accueillir les Crétois. Chaleureux, attentionné, débordant de sympathie. Il nous a présenté toute sa famille: des gens merveilleux, travailleurs, gais, pleins de vie. Nous n'oublierons jamais les barbecues où il réunit ses locataires et sa famille pour des moments de convivialité extraordinaires. La région est magnifique. Matala pour le côté nostalgie des années 60, les plages de Kommos et de Kalamaki, les sites archéologiques, les monastères dans la montagne et les criques quasi-désertes du sud, les taverna, les cieux étoilés dans la tiédeur des soirées... Bref tout est réuni pour un séjour enchanteur. Merci aussi à Birgit pour son aide à notre bien-être. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr, si Dieu le veut...

Tout simplement magnifique!

Nous avons adoré nos vacances à Pitsidia. La maison est bourrée de charme, à la décoration soignée. La piscine est très agréable pour se rafraîchir. Manoli, le propriétaire, était aux petits soins pour nous. Quel accueil! Ces vacances vont nous laisser des souvenirs plein la tête! Le village est charmant, loin du tourisme de masse, avec quelques commerces et quelques épiceries. Merci aussi à Birgit pour son dévouement. Joël, Cécile, Stavros, Elisa
