The property is only 20 minutes from Caen and 5 minutes from the main road. Supermarkets are 3 minutes away by car, and the town center is just 5 minutes.
The cottage is equipped with everything you need: ceramic hob, oven, Tassimo coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. Bed linen, towels, dishcloths, dish soap, spices, sugar, coffee pods, and tea are provided for your comfort.
