This tastefully decorated retreat is designed for your comfort—a perfect base to discover Normandy’s heritage, nature, and cuisine.



Access to the bedroom is via a retractable staircase. The house is close to the greenway and climbing sites like Mont Myrrha. Canoeing and kayaking bases are about 15–20 minutes away. Enjoy beautiful hikes nearby, including La Roche d’Oëtre, Clécy, La Brèche au Diable, and Les Pierres Plates at Lake Rabodanges. The property is just 20 minutes from Caen and 5 minutes from the main road. Supermarkets are 3 minutes by car, and the town center is 5 minutes away.



The cottage is fully equipped: ceramic cooktop, oven, Tassimo coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. Bed linen, towels, tea towels, dish soap, spices, sugar, coffee pods, and tea are provided for your convenience.
