  • Welcome to Casa Mari, a beautiful 80 m² apartment in the heart of Falcade, in a strategic position to enjoy all the activities the area has to offer.



    The apartment is located in Molino, not far from the ski lifts of the San Pellegrino ski area and the cross-country ski trails of Val Biois: ideal for a ski vacation or mountain excursions.



    Casa Mari accommodates five people, distributed across a bedroom with a double bed and a small room with a single bed and a bunk bed, making it perfect for a family or a group of friends.



    The apartment has two bathrooms, both with showers, to ensure your comfort during your stay.



    Casa Mari's kitchen is fully equipped: induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare a delicious dinner with family or friends. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available to make you feel comfortable during your stay.

Appartamento nuovissimo, si nota che è appena stato ristrutturato con materiali di pregio. Ottimo il doppio posteggio interno (garage) e posto macchina esterno. C'è davvero poco spazio negli armadi, la maggior parte sono chiusi per utilizzo privato. Sicuramente lascerei un pochino più di posto per gli ospiti

Appartamento stupendo, curato nei dettagli, pratico, ben posizionato, dotato di tutti i confort e con uno splendido salone. Il parcheggio coperto, l'asciuga scarponi, il wifi, tutti dei "plus" apprezzati. Consigliato. L'asciugatrice é un po' rumorosa e non adatta ad asciugare i vestiti tecnico/termici/sportivi. Il riscaldamento é a pavimento e ci sono solo 2 caloriferi (nei bagni, e collegati al riscaldamento stesso, quindi spesso "spenti" perché si raggiunge facilmente la temperatura ottimale nell'appartamento), il che impedisce che si possano usare per asciugare i vestiti non adatti all'asciugatura in asciugatrice. Consiglio di 1) mettere un'aspirapolvere (comunque basta chiedere all'agenzia, che tempestivamente ha risolto) e 2) aggiungere una maniglia al frigorifero (esteticamente bellissimo ma un po' scomodo da aprire).
