Ottima posizione. Appartamento ben organizzato e molto spazioso per una famiglia di quattro persone, situato all'ingresso del parco di Falcade. Pulizia dell'appartamento da migliorare.

Molto soddisfatto.

La centralità dell'alloggio. Unica cosa: avevo chiamato per sapere se c'era il microonde e mi è stato risposto che non era presente. Così l'ho portato da casa, ma poi effettivamente la cucina era dotata di microonde, quindi l'ho portato inutilmente. Consiglio aggiornamento della dotazione cucina.

Appartamento familiare in quel di Falcade

Appartamento molto carino, con spazi gestiti bene e adatto anche a famiglie numerose. I letti sono comodi ed è fornito anche di una lavatrice e lavatrice da non sottovalutare come servizio. Completo di tutto e con una posizione perfetta. Proprio dietro l'appartamento c'è un bellissimo prato e delle stradine che portano ad un piccolo laghetto con dei giochi dove i bambini posso trascorrere il tempo. Il bagno cieco è una pecca. Peccato. La gestione dei rifiuti è assolutamente da modificare. Tenere tutti i rifiuti fino alla partenza e poi doverli pure portare in un isola ecologica lontana dall'appartamento (quindi caricarli anche in macchina) assolutamente scomodo. Soprattutto per famiglie con bambini piccoli dove quindi e è presente una buona quantità di pannolini sporchi. Consiglio di creare un mazzo di chiavi di riserva che fa comodo averne 2 come gestione. Aumentare lo spazio in dispensa e riorganizzarlo meglio.
