“Our stay was very disappointing overall, and unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel. The main reason we booked this accommodation was for the pool, as we were celebrating my son’s birthday during our 3 days and 2 nights stay. Prior to arrival, we were informed that the pool would reopen on the second day of our stay. However, upon arrival, there was a memo at r that the construction had been extended and the pool area would remain closed. We were never informed ahead of time, even……
