"Cozy Cottonwood Cabin is an older cabin, but well maintained. Our host was prompt to answer any questions. It is situated in the town of Falcon Lake, close to the beach, bakery and other amenities.The kitchen was well equipped; the dining and sitting areas were roomy, and overall we enjoyed our stay.Be aware that guests must bring their own bedding, i.e. sheets, pillows, blankets"

"The physical location of the cottage is terrific! The dock/beach area are excellent too. The cottage is dated and the owner needs a refund from the cleaners. Oven and BBQ haven't been cleaned in years.. There is no indoor access to downstairs from the upper level, entry to the lower level is via outdoors - NOT ideal for a young family. "We had a wonderful weekend stay at The Lazy Bear Cabin. Although it’s not right by a beach or mountain, the location was very convenient—just a short drive from the city and not far from Falcon Lake or White Hawk. At first, we were a little concerned about its proximity to the highway, but once inside the cabin, we couldn’t hear any traffic at all.The cabin itself is cute, cozy, and homey, with the perfect mix of rustic charm and modern touches.
