“Stayed at Kouros Exclusive Hotel & Suites and overall had a good experience with a few minor issues. We were originally given Room 217 (Junior Suite), however the shower was quite exposed which made it feel uncomfortable and lacking privacy. We spoke to the manager, who was helpful and moved us to Room 219, a Superior room, which was much nicer and appreciated. “Overall a good stay! The staff are, polite, friendly, helpful and courteous and a true testament to the hotel. However, I had to give this 3 stars as the rooms are very tired and old and are in need of refurbishment. I found hair in my shower head, which was eventually resolved by the hotel staff and my son and I received an apology. Several of the guests I was travelling with unfortunately had food poisoning, but I guess this is a risk with all inclusive and having food out for a while. Also……
