“We seemed to be the only people staying at the property and it was very quiet. It’s located close to all of the things we wanted to do, and the room was very clean and comfortable. “Upon arrival we are informed that the inside pool is closed even though it said nothing in the description about it being closed also the front desk charged my card when a charge was not supposed to be on that card because I paid cash. And the staff lied straight to my face about this being the only Quality Inn location in Branson when there is one right down the road that is a lot nicer than this one.”
