“I’m already familiar with the area, so it wasn’t an issue for me to find. If you prefer more amenities or being closer to stores/malls this might not be for you. I think it’d even be cute for a small family if they wanted a lil weekend trip. Beware if you have a lowered vehicle because it’s definitely more of a truck/suv area. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great I’d just be worried for any tall guests. I was in and out of there for the most part, but all in all I was super pleased……

“We had a wonderful weekend stay at The Sevilla hosted by Margarita! The beds were comfortable, the place was immaculate and all the little touches like the full fresh coffee setup, snacks and water bottles in the kitchenette were a nice touch. Although no oven or freezer, there is a microwave and dual hot plate for cooking and a nice size under-counter refrigerator for storing fresh food and beverages.The bathroom vanity and shower had all the amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and……

“Beautiful condo with all the amenities of home and amazing location. We took numerous walks to the pier and beach even in the rain. Pete and Cathy provided us with some nice treats, they were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. ”

“We visited in early October (which in my opinion is California’s best season/time of year!). The location is so close to Tamarack Beach -1 block! The unit comes with everything you could ever need; towels, beach chairs, sand toys, a wagon to cart it all around!I especially loved all the outdoor patio seating, including the private patio and the patio near the pool. “Ideal spot for my husband and our fur baby to getaway for the new year. The casita had everything we needed. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is HUGE. If you bring a pet, note there are coyotes in the area so bring a flashlight and pepper spray. I would gladly stay again. ”

“Property was lovely, having an attached garage was a plus, added level of security with the gated community. Area surrounding the property was full of different restaurants and shopping centers. Movie theater a few blocks away as well as arcades and laser tags for kids. Overall a great place and experience. Would recommend. ”
