“Overall, this is a decent getaway spot, but it falls far short of the "resort" title they advertise.
We booked the Aurora Dome, drawn in by the promise of seeing the southern lights. Unfortunately, we didn’t see any, though obviously that’s up to nature. The dome itself is basic but comfortable—equipped with a couple of chairs, beds, a light, and a heater. However, be aware that there is no private bathroom; guests share a public toilet and shower block.
The biggest issue was the complete lack……

“It seems the hotel is short staffed. Many times, if you need assistance from the front desk, you have to go to the bar or restaurant to get help. Our phone in the room was not working (we can answer but can't call out) and the support staff will come the next day to fix it (by then, we have checked out).”
