With over a half mile of riverfront on the Muskegon River and direct access to the Leota ORV Trail System, this property has it all. You also have access to 40 acres of private hunting land and are surrounded by state land. Just a short distance from Houghton Lake and Harrison, you can get away without being far away. This property also has high speed internet so you can work while away if that is what you are looking for. The perfect spot to set up base camp for hunting, trail riding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, trail running, mountain bike riding, kayaking, fishing! Or, a great spot to enjoy a cozy, quiet time away.

Great Location
Our group really enjoyed our stay in the very secluded and peaceful cabin on the river. We were welcomed with a personalized greeting card and goods to make smores. Plenty of room for our group of 8 and nice mounted tv to watch golf after playing a round or two. Very easy and responsive communication with the owners prior to arriving made for a great experience.

Great place! Off the grid. Beautiful property. Right next to great orv trails. House was really nice. We had a great time. Would happily book again. I highly recommend. The owners had great communication and provided clear instructions on how to get to the property and get inside. Nothing but positive things to say.

Side by Side Riding Trip
The cabin was awesome, very clean. The owners left us a nice note with smores to enjoy for the weekend. The property was beautiful and we loved the little cabin that sits on the river. Very secluded.

Thanksgiving in the woods!
We took a family retreat from the city this year for Thanksgiving, and loved spending it at this remote cabin! And the host family was so sweet to not only leave a personalized note, but also provided us with Thanksgiving-themed table settings. Each morning we woke up to a big show of turkeys and the whole family LOVED this outdoor swing and trail. If only it wasn't so cold, we would have spent more time by the river. We hope to return for a summer visit so we can explore the outdoors even more.
