“This is a lovely place to rest and recover. We spent two days here and had a delicious breakfast and dinner. The hosts are very welcoming and provided us with a great room (the Writer's Room). There is ample parking outside of the rooms and the shared communal area is accessible at night when you want to grab a late night cup of tea. From the hotel we had a short drive to Mons Klint and visited MonIs on the way back. If you're looking for a nice place to stay in/around Stege we would……

“Kleinschalig hotel op leuke locatie aan de haven. Het wordt duidelijk met veel liefde gerunt door het vriendelijke personeel. Echter voelt het gebouw en de kamers verouderd aan, met bevlekt tapijt, oubollig meubilair en karige voorzieningen.”

“The interior is somewhat outdated but the pictures of the rooms are 100% accurate so this should not be used as a negative (you know what you sign up for). The only negative point we had was that the windows/doors were also in need of some updating so there were some points where the paint needs replacing. Other than that there is a lot of parking space, the staff is friendly, there is free coffee/tea in the lounge, breakfast is included and the view of the lake is amazing. If you don't mind an……

“I’m surprised this B&B has received such good reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was quite different. I found the owner, Steven, to be unnecessarily rude, and I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the property. Someone also appeared to have been smoking in the bathroom, as there was a very strong cigarette smell that spread into parts of the downstairs area. It was particularly unpleasant for a non-smoking property. I stayed at six different B&Bs while traveling through Denmark……
