「The check in process was easy. The room was impeccable clean. The bed very comfortable. The accommodations provided just what was needed. It was not overly fancy but certainly adequate. 「We booked very last minute. We arrived in Rome and drove approximately halfway to our destination, which would have been Amalfi area. This was a perfect one night stop over after a long flight. Giacomo met us and showed us around the property. The room was very spacious and very clean. The beds were firm yet very comfortable. I would not hesitate to book again.」

Non ho gradito invece il servizio del personale, che ho trovato scontroso nel momento in cui è stato fatto notare un errore di prezzi sul sito per il ristorante affianco e soprattutto durante la colazione (scarsa rispetto agli standard degli altri hotel), e dove alla richiesta di rifornire gli affettati (in quantità minime e non sufficienti a coprire la clientela) si è rivelata una grossa problematica in quanto la cucina risultava chiusa (alle 8 di mattina...
