“Bath didn’t put out cold water”

“酒店管理系统混乱，乱扣费用，把不存在的费用强加在客人身上。”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“Everything about the hotel room was amazing, truly! The parking cost is wild though, which brings my star rating down. I decided to park at a local motel to save $. Hopefully they can review their parking costs to make this more affordable for their guests in the future. Also, do not go to the Starbucks in the hotel - their prices are much higher and they charge an additional tax. 2 drinks and 2 pastries was $39!”

“The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA”

“首先前台服務員給我們極高樓層瀑佈景觀房間，再者每晚晚上10 時在房間也能看到煙花，真是很棒。雖然酒店房間很寬敞，但看起來已有相當歷史。房間沒有樽裝水供應，也沒有熱水壺煲水。不過可以向前台或housekeeping 取一個。我個人認為酒店早餐只是一般，選擇唔多。第二天約早9時去吃早餐，有些食物都唔refill。除非自駕或買WeGo bus card，否則去酒店交通唔方便。”

“The place is beautiful in the lobby but the room are super tiny and the phone didn’t work in the room. Other than that it was a great location close to everything!”

“Stupidest elevator I’ve ever seen”

“Ubicación EXCELENTE, para el precio por noche SUPER excelente. Limpio en todas las áreas. Aún con servicios dañados por construcción en edificios cercanos. Tienen entretenimiento musicales en las tardes. Lo si necesitan es personal bilingue pues varios huéspedes no hablan inglés.”
