The 2 cottages are connected to each other via a video intercom system, allowing for both privacy and communication between the units.

The first cottage features a living and dining room equipped with a dining table and direct access to the garden and to the loggia, which houses 1 double sofabed. This cottage also includes 1 bedroom situated on the mezzanine level, accessible via a spiral staircase, featuring open mezzanine space with sloping ceilings and 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A dedicated shower and WC serves this cottage.

The second cottage comprises a living room with 1 double sofabed and direct access to the garden, as well as 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and its own access to the garden. A separate shower and WC is assigned to this unit. Across both cottages, the property therefore offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total. A fully equipped kitchen, accessible from the garden and the loggia, is fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
