We were in Fargo to move our soccer granddaughter into the University! Exciting times for us all. This property was just what we were looking for, something close with plenty of room. We came a couple days early due to the holiday. We were surprised to find a stash of board games! Played games and had lots of laughs!

The home was convenient to where we needed to gather. It was comfortable had all the items we needed. I appreciated the fact that there were more than 6 plates, cups, glasses and silverware. This home had the easiest check out rules and that was amazing.

Sleeps 10 with dining table for 4 and living room one couch and one loveseat. Beds are what I would call college comfort. Headboard not even attached. Neighborhood is college area which is fine but expect to be approached by intoxicated college kids looking for conversation (incase you are traveling with minors). Updates overdue on property like rough boards balanced in tub for shampoo shelf. Living room loveseat broken down but couch still comfortable.

Great house near NDSU for family visit!

This house has plenty of room for a large family. Three rooms upstairs (2 queens and two twins) and full bath and a large basement master bedroom (king) and large master bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glassware and utensils. Bathrooms were also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, Kleenex and paper products. Lots of space to hangout and relax. Our son is an athlete at NDSU so this was a convenient location. The hostess communicated well. Thanks for a great visit!

The property was exactly as described and the owner worked with us to add a last minute night to stay. The master suit was located in the basement and private from the rest of the house, including its own living/sitting area. Great communication and very nice property.

Great house!

I travel to Fargo monthly for work and have stayed at a few different homes in the area. This one has been the best! The features I most appreciated included the size of the home, cleanliness, garage, clear directions from the host, great location and pet friendliness. Also, the value for all these amenities is excellent. I highly recommend this property!

The beds were terrible. The. Frames collapsed under the smallest people and even just suitcases. The cleanliness was marginal at best the bathroom sink ran constantly. The trash was overflowing when we arrived. The neighborhood was questionable at best. Would not book again

The perfect place

We needed a place where we could hold a girls' weekend to celebrate my mom's 82nd birthday. We wanted to cook, hang out, talk and spend time together. This home had all the cooking utensils we needed, was in a great location to grocery stores and Starbucks, and allowed us to put kids to bed early and then hang out and visit in a separate area. Could not have done this in a hotel! We loved it.

Great place to stay!

I was in Fargo for a week to take care of my son after he had surgery. This home was perfect. It was close to campus which made it easy for my daughter and friends to stop by. I was able to make meals for them while we were there. There was tons of room. I would definitely stay here again!!
