Staff was very friendly at check in and the gal at the front desk gave me some resources for the area that I was in search of. Rooms were a bit outdated and lacked proper amounts of towels and only had the one garbage but the gal again was helpful and provided extra bags and towels for us. She got us a room close to the door as I had a toddler with me and lots to haul in for the stay. A+ for the staff but I'd say C+ for the room overall.

Staff was friendly and helpful. But we had booked a king bed and got a queen instead. The room’s interior looked like they had given us one that was in the process of renovation-the bathroom sink was not flush with the wall, coffee table and end tables had edging gouged and a long strip off the edge. Nickel sized burn on the comforter. Walls needing a paint job. The price was good and the beds comfortable so we rested well

It was a good location and staff was helpful/pleasant. Unfortunately the room was in the lower level which felt like staying in a dark basement room and it was damp even with AC adjustments Probably would not stay there again but it was a good location and a good price

We've stayed here twice before. It has the basics with no thrills, as we don't need a pool or special features. Beds were comfortable and rooms have a fridge. So much cheaper than the fancy hotels.

Initial impression was terrible. Parking was horrible. Garbage in parking lot and garbage at the door over flowing. Doors were grubby. Check in was sloppy and careless. Person was behind glass wall, made me feel unsafe and un welcomed. Room had NO extras of any kind (soap, etc). Room was grubby as was all areas. Beds were VERY comfortable. Hotel was very loud and noisy, once it quieted down it was dead quiet. Only 4 channels on TV. The smell of weed coming and going was gross. The loitering at the entry door late at night by employees, residents, and who knows who else was un welcoming. The electrical in the room needed some help with multiple power bars that were not secured were in use.

This hotel clearly caters to local construction workers who need nightly or weekly stays. It's not for families looking for a fun place to stay. It's not for couples looking for a romantic, fancy, mid to upper scale accomadations. It's an inexpensive utility hotel. I clean, friendly, convenient place to lay your head down for the night, then head to Perkins for breakfast.
