Great house for a large group
My family came to Fargo for a college graduation. The house is in a perfect location and was large enough for us to spread out but also come together for a meal, movie or games. The pictures accurately reflect the spacious house. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to stay home and make a meal. The basement had some water issues and the dehumidifier needs to run 24/7 and be emptied at least once a day. I'm guessing this is less of an issue in dryer summer months. One of the rooms had a wet carpet by the sump pump and the mirror on the floor even had water damage. I reached out to the owner on the app a couple of different times but did not get any response about a couple of minor concerns but when I reached out to the numbers listed on the information sheets in the house, they immediately responded and showed up to restock our paper towels and coffee pods. Overall a great house.

We really enjoyed the property and all the amenities. It was perfect for our group of 10. The location is quiet, the parking space is great. We enjoyed the large kitchen, played games downstairs and used the hot tub each night. Would definitely recommend!

What a great house and location!
"I recently stayed in this wonderful house and it had everything we needed and more! The check-in process was flawless and accurate, and the house was incredibly spacious. There were so many extra features including a garage, hot tub, dartboard, and pool table, and there were TVs throughout the house. I even discovered a bonus music switch in the kitchen which was great for playing tunes. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this gem again. We had 8 adults staying and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably."

We thought this was closer to downtown Fargo than it was but property was nice, 8th street was very charming, not many eating places very close but quick access to I-94 … lots of space for the kids

It was the perfect place for our family to gather for Thanksgiving. Large kitchen with newer appliances. Five great bedrooms with 4 lovely bathrooms. Multiple places for family to gather for games , TV or eating. We definitely would rent again!

Once we contacted the host to figure out the lock, it was good. The house was clean and well furnished. Very comfortable for our group of 7. The house smelled a little musty but once we were in and out the air seemed fresher. Unfortunately, the window well had dead mice in it that were smelly if you opened the window. The dehumidifier worked well - had to empty the water container twice a day, The water container needs a good cleaning. The 1" lip thresholds on the main floor were a real trip hazard. Some were marked well. But you really had to be careful.

What a great place to stay! Lots of room for 5 of us. Very clean and nice. Great kitchen for a family gathering. Only problem was trouble with the digital lock and difficulty contacting the host.

Great location
This is in an ideal location. We did a lot of bike riding along the river trails. Easy to get around. There is plenty of space. The garage and patio area was ideal for eating. The only downside: it needs a deep clean. Floors, walls and air vents/grates were filthy.. I would still stay there again…hoping they would clean it better next time.

This message was sent to host and hasn't had a reply...cut for character limit Hi Laura - Thanks again for your call. We were able to get toilet paper and paper towels from the storage area. Some of the following was mentioned in our phone conversation. We cleaned the cooktop, microwave and coffeemaker. We wiped down all of the counters and island. Quick swipe in the fridge. When we preheated the upper oven, it was so dirty it smoked and filled the house with burnt oven smell. We were surprised the smoke alarm didn't go off! We purchased oven cleaner this morning and cleaned the oven enough to enable us to bake a birthday cake and dinner today without smoking/stinking the place up. We left the lower oven with the greasy pan and mess that was in it upon our arrival. The toaster needs to be replaced. The potholders are dirty, etc.. We were unsure if the bedding was clean since all of the beds were sloppily made. We stripped the three beds we are using and washed all of the bedding. Some of the sheets have rips and and comforters have stains. We laundered towels and a couple of the bathroom rugs. None of the bathrooms had a "just cleaned" look or smell, despite the sanitary strips across the toilet seats. Hair visible on sinks and shower areas. Overall, the property shows general neglect and lack of pride and presentation by the person cleaning for you. We were disappointed with our stay for mainly two reasons. First, my biggest complaint is during our stay there was a decent snow storm and I reached out the the VRBO host via email and the two host numbers listed at the house via text to see if we could check out at 1pm instead of 11am. I received an email from VRBO 30 minutes prior to check out(emailed him the night before) and no response from the two numbers listed at the home. We had no snow removal service at the house. Secondly was the lack of cleanliness. The house could use a good cleaning. (Dusty tables and crumbs on the toaster)It was questionable if some of the towels were clean or dirty as they appeared to be just thrown in a drawer. We enjoyed Fargo but would not stay at this home again. For the cleaning fee they charge I expected a clean house.

Disappointing to read this after having gotten a message about how lovely of a house it was and what a good time you were having. No complaint about the cleanliness at all! I do apologize for not getting your message answered right away as it was at almost 10p. Plenty of room for 5 couples with a large kitchen and 2 lounge areas for tv and socializing. Back yard parking and garage with a hot tub. Beautiful walking area and easy access to main roads. Would definitely rent again!

Great place to gather for Fargo wedding
We had a family wedding in Fargo, so this was a perfect place to host a couple small family events.. grooms lunch (pizza) in the garage.. and a small gathering of gift opening the morning after the wedding. The house was perfect for our needs. Having the extra space in the secured garage was perfect.

Family Get Together
This is the second time we rented it. We love the house and especially the garage. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. Sink was damaged and filthy, cupboards were dirty, furniture was dusty. We washed the sheets before we slept in them. The house itself is great but really needs a deep clean. It was not that way during our previous stay a year ago.

Perfect option for families
Stayed at the modern craftsman with my family, including young kids. Couldn’t have asked for a better location - close to amenities but still in an adorable neighborhood, which made it feel like we were locals. Beds were comfortable, check in/out was seamless and the house had plenty to do to keep us occupied (board games, Wii, hot tub, etc.). Hope to rent the house again next time we’re in Fargo.

Very nice VRBO. We had a great time 6$ for 6 of us to uber downtown!!! NICE! I would recommend some steps to use the hot tub. Our group is the Young and the Restless- None of our Restless felt it would be safe at all to use. Also the slightly different levels going form room to room need to be remarked. The one going into the dining room was loose and caused some alarm. Thank-you:)

Excellent Fargo Getaway!
We really enjoyed this modernized, but still cozy, gem in a wonderful historic Fargo neighborhood. The house is far more spacious than we anticipated, clean, comfortable and full of amenities. The unique garage includes relaxing and recreational bonuses too! Communication with the hosts was smooth and we would recommend this house to anyone visiting Fargo.

This rental is a diamond in the rough in Fargo! We really enjoyed the amenities and the number of bedrooms allowed everyone to spread out with their own privacy. Great hosts were flexible to allow us an early check in and late checkout with no issues. Would definitely rent again if we're ever back in Fargo!

I am so glad we were able to stay here for our time in Fargo. So much nicer than a hotel. Kids liked the sauna/hot tub. The heated garage was a big bonus and plenty of parking as each family brought their own car.

Great property, great location and loved that the house was decorated for the Christmas holidays. Didn’t feel like the house was cleaned too well. Found an earring on the floor in the basement bathroom by the sink, crayons dropped all over the closet floor in the basement and hairs on the sheets. A little more detail in cleaning could be done. The hot tub wasn’t warm enough to use. House could use a fresh coat of paint. The beds were comfortable enough but could be replaced soon. Overall we really enjoyed the place.

Perfect for Our Reunion Gathering of Friends
A group of classmates (and spouses/partners) stayed at this property during a Homecoming/Reunion weekend at a nearby college. The home and amenities were perfect for our needs--comfortable sleeping arrangements for 10 adults, spacious living room with ample seating for casual visiting, a big kitchen island and dining room for our group meals. We all agreed that staying here was so much better than staying in a traditional hotel!

Awesome Home and Location
The neighborhood is great. Beautiful trees and well kept homes. I went with three fraternity brothers from college. We are all 79 to 80 years old. We have been doing this for 30 years and all agreed that this was one of our very best trips. We go to football game every year, and this year we selected NDSU and the Bisons. We loved Fargo ! A great little city with friendly people and lots of restaurants and taverns. We recommend The Shack for breakfast and The Wurst Hall for wonderful German food and, oh yeah, bier. The home has been constructed with an excellent finish and the kitchen is well supplied . Bedrooms are roomy and bathrooms are very, nice. This is just an all around great home in a nice location in a beautiful city. Highly recommended !!

We rented this house due to it's prximity to downtown. There were 8 adults and we loved the chance for each couple to have their own bathroom. The hottub was a wonderful surprise to soothe our achy muscles after the race. We will definitely rent again when in town with friends!

4 small families stayed in this property and it worked out great. The neighborhood is nice, and safe. The oversized garage was a perfect spot for the kids to watch TV, sit in the hot tub/sauna. Large well stocked kitchen is perfect for group gathering. Overall a great place.
