The jumping pillow was flat-a new one was installed on our last day. 2 pools but no heating. A small cafe would go a long way. Considering the price we paid for the 6 nights we felt quite disappointed that facilities weren’t up to other Ingenia holiday destinations.」

「We stayed in the original cabins which are close to Putney beach. They are basic but clean and fresh and were ideal for a beach getaway with young children. We ate at the restaurant each night and thought the food was good value. Meals were well priced and offered good variety. Our party of 11 all loved our stay and plan on going back. 「Although the room wasn’t ready when we arrived (at 3:30pm), the staff were very friendly & attentive to get the room ready. The area around the whole ‘resort’, which is a term that should not be associated with this establishment is absolutely terrible… Pool area has peeling astroturf, there is unusable old equipment in the communal areas, rubbish everywhere, unsafe in every public area with broken floorboards, ‘gym’ equipment, bbq and seating area. This ‘resort’ should not be given the name...
