“Es war alles wunderschön, besser noch wie auf den Fotos. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig man hat viel Platz und div. Möglichkeiten im Garten im Schatten oder in der Sonne zu sitzen. Das einzige Manko - an das man sich allerdings auch schnell gewöhnt- ist die etwas abenteuerliche Zufahrt. Ich habe den Aufenthalt, die Stille sehr genossen. ”

“Spectacular 200 year old stone building with an amazing view. Beautiful well equipped and spacious apartment. The only issue was we are travelling by bicycle and the road up to the accommodation was greater than 12% grade and all gravel. Very difficult to get to. For other cyclists know ahead of time that you have a significant uphill push but worth it when you get to the top.”

“Wonderful place to stay! Extremely friendly host. The property is so beautiful. Right on the lake. We made coffee and sat on the black sand beach in the mornings, and painted near the beach in the evenings. The kids played in the nice, clean pool. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the town of Bolsena was a 5 minute drive, with plenty of options for food. We chose this location for access to Terme di Saturnia (1 hour drive) and Civita Di Bagnoregio (30 min drive). We found our stay here……

“L'appartement est très grand (rez-de-chaussée d'une maison) et aménagé avec bcp de goût. Tout etait fournis à l'arrivée : linges de lit, serviettes de toilette, liquide vaisselle, éponge et torchons. L'accueil des propriétaires etaient chaleureux et leurs conseils bienvenus. Chien, chat, tortues nous ont réservés un acceuil amical. Le jardin est très grand, idéal lorsqu'on a des enfants. La piscine est un avantage non négligeable au vu des températures très élevées. “We went there with 19 persons. A wonderful place on the top of a hill so always a nice breeze despite some hot summer days. A bunch of place to be and spread out. Well equipped kitchen to cook for a big group. Nice midsize Pool. The Check-in was quite tricky because the coworker of the Host spoke italian only. For this reason we got poor local and organizational informations. Help your self…”

"Beautiful grounds and environment, very idillic and scenic. We were able to catch a stunning sunset on the first night. However, the sunrise was blocked by a hill. The breakfast was decent with a good selection. The staff was friendly. We came in late March, so the grapevines were just stubs. Also, their Michelin restaurant was closed so we had to drive out to get dinner. Also none of the wine tours had started yet, and there were no free wine in the rooms (although you can purchase bottles)"
