Clean rooms but very small. No coffee/tea facilities. No full length mirror or chair. Had to ask for extra hangers as only 3 in wardrobe for 2 people. Staff quite nice

The staff were very helpful, room was small but kept very clean. Breakfast was amazing and location was convenient but buildings around the area were rough.

The property was clean but they have a bad smell problem coming from the bathroom. I couldn’t sleep due to the smell. The bathroom was basically out of service all the time. I was scared to go in. I complained but they said they were fully booked and had no other room. The room is worth the money due to cleanliness but the smell made me feel like running away. If you are European and are use to sewage smell this will not bother you. Lastly they said don’t smoke in the balcony and everyone was smoking when I stepped out which was annoying.

The room was clean, the layout could be better. There was a separate bedroom for 2, but everyone in our party had to actually go into that bedroom to use the bathroom. The location was not bad, but if it were closer to the marina it definitely would be better.

An honest review.

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff, but Misleading Room Description I recently stayed at this hotel and found its location to be very convenient — just a short walk from the city centre. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff I spoke with were courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, my overall experience was impacted by several issues, primarily related to misleading information in the room listing. The room I booked was advertised with a beautiful sea view, but in reality, it overlooked a derelict building. When I raised this at reception, I was informed that only a few family rooms have views. On checkout, I brought up the issue again and was told that room assignments are based on availability and that "you get the room you are given." It was disappointing to later see responses to other reviews where the hotel admitted that no rooms actually have sea views — a clear case of misrepresentation. Additionally, the listing states that the hotel has a bar, which is not accurate; there is only a vending machine available. The rooms are also advertised as soundproofed, but I experienced a significant amount of noise from both foot traffic in the hallways and street traffic from the main road outside. While the staff and breakfast were highlights, the inaccurate and misleading descriptions of the amenities and room views left me dissatisfied with my stay. Transparency in advertising would go a long way in improving the guest experience. App doesn't allow upload of photo

Was spotless, lovely helpful staff & great value. Room was ready before check in time which was great & could use hotel facilities before check in & after checkout. Good selection of items for breakfast. Close to bus stops & train station, 10mins to main shopping, eating, siteseeing area. Only negative is outlook directly outside hotel if on lower floors, but positives far outweigh it. Would definately recommend.

The hotel was very clean and modern. We stayed in the large suite with a beautiful view. The hotel has the perfect location and was very convenient to get to the downtown area and bus/train station.

Ideal for short stay

Poor location, small rooms with limited amenities. No way was this a 4 star hotel. It was clean and the breakfast was average. Not sure where the ocean view came from in the advertisement???
