“I had the most incredible stay at visitHOMES in Leirvík. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The host, Lilja, is truly one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, so welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely caring, which made the whole experience even more special. The accommodation itself is so cozy and beautifully kept, the perfect place to relax and unwind after exploring the Faroe Islands. Every detail felt intentional and comforting. “I will not call it cozy, but it did the job of a stay. Good to have a kitchen and a place to eat. Had also a good share of baths, so not a problem to have a room with shared bath”

“優點： 1.位置極佳 2.浴室空間寬敞，且暖氣充足 缺點： 1.膠囊咖啡機裡前房客用過的膠囊卡在咖啡機內，於是我喝到用別人用過的咖啡膠囊泡出來的咖啡。然後浴室暖氣後方還卡著別人用完的捲筒衛生紙的捲軸 2.我住五晚，不想room cleaning，但房內只給我兩小條洗頭兼洗澡的沐浴乳 3.櫃檯經常沒人，如果無法註冊app, 本該順暢省時的checkin花更多時間聯絡找人，然後用櫃檯上的電話找人幫忙提供房間密碼，連三次在我第一句話都還沒講完就直接放音樂把我put on hold 4. 不確定能否寄放行李, 因為櫃檯常常沒人，也沒明講櫃檯開放時間，為避免check in臨時聯絡不到人的狀況再發生，所以我直接放棄寄放行李，以免行李拿不出來，如果有較多需要人員協助的需求，這裡是個不確定性略高的住宿選擇。 ”

“We ordered takeaway breakfast for our date of departure as we had to catch an early flight. The order was confirmed by email and at check in by the front desk staff. However, due to an internal communication error, the order was not communicated to the kitchen and we were left without any breakfast. We however saw the front desk staff when checking with the kitchen took the opportunity to make herself a ham and cheese sandwich and did not offer it to us. The changing room of the fitness centre……

“While the rooms are on the small side, the location and setting makes up for it. Every staff member was helpful and friendly and made our stay so enjoyable. We did opt to have the breakfast there every morning and it was delicious in the most beautiful setting overlooking the sea. So close to the downtown area! It had everything we needed and more!”

“Be sure to check tunnel charges during your stay. You may be better off staying in Torshavn rather than staying here and making multiple trips through the tunnels.”

“Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war super – sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Besonders praktisch fanden wir den Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Außerdem befindet sich ein Supermarkt direkt neben dem Hotel, was den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler macht. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt……
