「International brand lives up to its standards. I'm currently staying at various hotels in Denmark with about the same price range, not sure about the very expensive ones, but many of these hotels are either lacking mini bar, slippers, tissue, or very small shower place with shower curtain that doesn't block out the water at all. 「Great stay in amazing location. Our room in the annex building was much nicer and bigger than expected from the photos, with newish IKEA/JYSK-style furnishings. They call it basement unit without a view but it is standard ground floor with glass door. The softest mattress we ever slept on. Excellent breakfast. 」

However, due to an internal communication error, the order was not communicated to the kitchen and we were left without any breakfast. We however saw the front desk staff when checking with the kitchen took the opportunity to make herself a ham and cheese sandwich and did not offer it to us. The changing room of the fitness centre has an odor of sweat due to lack of ventilation and proper cleaning."
