「Excellent hotel」

「We ordered takeaway breakfast for our date of departure as we had to catch an early flight. The order was confirmed by email and at check in by the front desk staff. However, due to an internal communication error, the order was not communicated to the kitchen and we were left without any breakfast. We however saw the front desk staff when checking with the kitchen took the opportunity to make herself a ham and cheese sandwich and did not offer it to us. The changing room of the fitness centre...

「優點： 1.位置極佳 2.浴室空間寬敞，且暖氣充足 缺點： 1.膠囊咖啡機裡前房客用過的膠囊卡在咖啡機內，於是我喝到用別人用過的咖啡膠囊泡出來的咖啡。然後浴室暖氣後方還卡著別人用完的捲筒衛生紙的捲軸 2.我住五晚，不想room cleaning，但房內只給我兩小條洗頭兼洗澡的沐浴乳 3.櫃檯經常沒人，如果無法註冊app, 本該順暢省時的checkin花更多時間聯絡找人，然後用櫃檯上的電話找人幫忙提供房間密碼，連三次在我第一句話都還沒講完就直接放音樂把我put on hold 4. 不確定能否寄放行李, 因為櫃檯常常沒人，也沒明講櫃檯開放時間，為避免check in臨時聯絡不到人的狀況再發生，所以我直接放棄寄放行李，以免行李拿不出來，如果有較多需要人員協助的需求，這裡是個不確定性略高的住宿選擇。 」

「Everything was just okay..with the exception of a newly opened fine dining restaurants called tuubuk....service is they sell cigars ....unfortunately the staff and amenities are geared towards cruises and busses...catering for en mass ...they lack the ability to provide individual attention especially when travelli g during summer and at the highest rates !!!! I suspect you get better attention to detail when youre there by yourself in winter ....and at the cheaper rates ...go figure !!!!」

「Fantastisk opphold som ble enda bedre av at vertinnen delte fortellinger om Færøysk kultur og mat. Frokosten ble inntatt felles med andre gjester hvilket vi satte stor pris på. Bli kjent med andre reisende og også dele erfaringer og få tips. Ønsker å komme tilbake hit og kommer definitivt å velge dette overnattingsstedet! Anbefales på det sterkeste!」

「Great location close to shops, supermarket, cafes and harbour and not nearly as hilly as Torshavn. Very comfortable bed, good sized room (we paid extra for larger room) small but adequate bathroom. Amazing harbour views. Mini fridge in room was useful. Coffee maker with 2 free capsules, 1 teabag. 2 glasses but no cups, no spoon, no milk or sugar. Recommend eye mask if you find it hard to sleep in light. Breakfast was good, same hot items every day but good variety of other things. No...

「ホテルの周りは海と牧場で、とても静かです。 遮るものがなく朝日に照らされた海と眠たそうな動物達をみながら、毎朝何とも平和で穏やかな気分で過ごせました。 朝食は美味しく、毎朝楽しみでした。 初訪問のフェロー諸島で、一人旅で不安もありましたが、スタッフの人はとても気さくで、みんなとても親切でした。 このホテルを選んでよかったです。」

「Proximité du centre très agréable. L'insonorisation de la chambre était parfaite. Par contre, les matelas étaient extrêmement "fatigués". Mal de dos s'abstenir. Le petit déjeuner est minimaliste. De plus, attention à ne pas y venir tardivement: - à 9H30 on vous demande si vous voulez encore vous servir. - à 9H45 tout est débarrassé - à 10H00 la porte se ferme C'est typiquement Féroen. Peut-être à cause des deux jours de fête nationale, notre chambre n'a jamais été nettoyée.」

「The parking was very good There was no kettle in the room to make any coffee (but they did send me over a kettle over when i asked them What would have made it better is because it is light in Faroes during this period the curtains could have been better to reduce the light for sleeping When i have been to the Faroes before the Faroese channels on the tv normally work ok On my arrival here only one channel was working Great asset was the Pizza shop a minute from the Room great food always...
