The Simona apartment in Selva di Fasano offers 40 sqm of space for up to 4 guests. You will find 1 bedroom, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom during your stay. The apartment has internal step-free access. The fully equipped private kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals. Among the available comforts are air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, and an uncovered terrace for your exclusive use.

Villa Ada is located in the heart of the Selva di Fasano, one of the most exclusive areas in Puglia, renowned for its hilly landscape, tree-lined avenues, and historic villas. The villa combines elegance and modern comfort to offer you maximum well-being. The property consists of two independent mini-apartments, featuring spacious and bright rooms, tastefully furnished with attention to detail. The outdoor areas are ideal for moments of relaxation. The location is strategic for easily reaching the center of Fasano, the Zoo Safari, Savelletri and the beaches, Alberobello, Ostuni, Monopoli, Polignano, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Martina Franca, and the airports of Brindisi and Bari. Parking is available. Events are not allowed. A tourist tax is applied on site, with exemption for children up to 12 years old.
