The check in was a little complicated 3 tries to get our room . The room was very nice and clean. The air conditioning is unit did not sufficiently cool down the room , it was looked at twice by the staff but it didn’t change anything. The breakfast was amazing so many choices . Hotel was great , just didn’t like at all all of restrictions of the pool , we had a child , they told her to be quite , 1 hour per room per day ? In my opinion just horrible, took a shower right after the pool in the change rooms, the staff told me to take a shower in the room , need to be out , again in my opinion not acceptable , other wise the hotel was great

The staff was fantastic and the food was great. Use of the fitness facilities was limited to 1 hour and you had to schedule in advance, which can be a bit limiting. Also, the photo online showed an outdoor pool and it was an indoor pool, which would not have been a problem except you had to sign up to use it. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay.
