「The stay was beyond our expectations. The "outdoors" experience was our favorite part. From the dock to the fire pit, to sitting in the sunroom just enjoying the view - so enjoyable! There are multiple areas to gather and plenty to do without leaving the property. We were visiting our daughter at Harding and it was really nice to have a place to gather and enjoy some quality family time!」

「This new property is a Little Red River gem! My husband and I rented for our anniversary then invited friends to join us for an evening in the separate, upstairs suite. We had a great time and caught a handful of trout. The location near Pangburn kept boaters disturbing the river to a minimum. Highly recommend!」

「The communication was fantastic and check in could not have been easier. This cabin is adorable, clean, comfortable and cozy. The river is gorgeous, quiet and serene. There are other homes near by but we still felt like we had plenty of privacy. We can't wait to visit again.」

「We had our family Christmas weekend and it was great! The kids fished off the deck and had so much fun! The house was perfect for us! The staircase is very tiny and wasn’t easy going up and down for adults but we made it work! Kids loved it!! It was cozy and comfortable. Beautiful in this area! We can’t wait to come back in the spring. We did have garbage disposal and dishwasher issues but it didn’t hamper our stay! Overall it was fantastic and we will rent again!! 」
