The property accommodates up to 10 people and is ideal for families with children, being extremely private and not overlooked in any way. The extensive, stunning views stretch out across the Esterel massif and the surrounding countryside below.
Spacious and modern living accommodation over two floors; ground floor offers a fully fitted, open kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, range cooker leading into the living room with high ceiling and exceptional views over the valley with lovely vineyards. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Utility room with washing machine. Upstairs is a Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and incredible views over the valley, with a further twin bedroom on the 1st floor. Each bedroom comes complete with a tower fan. Egyptian cotton bath and hand towels, and hairdryers are provided in all bathrooms.
The covered dining terrace with large wooden table and chairs and BBQ for 10 people overlooks the large, traditional provençal, terraced garden of a half acre with beautiful olive trees, flowers and herbs bushes.
A South-West facing outdoor lounge terrace offers a glorious view of the valley during the day and evening, complete with exclusive Dedon lounge furniture, along with a fabulous summer kitchen with traditional French barbecue.
The outstanding pool area with private saltwater pool 9m x 4m offers hill-top views in all day sun with sun-loungers and large parasol for shade, and lovely imported Turkish pestemal pool towels. The fully-equipped, pool house and kitchen offer the opportunity for pool-side dining, featuring a Weber BBQ, fridge/freezer, sink and all equipment.
We offer Wi-Fi, Netflix, interior and exterior Bose sound systems across the property. Selection of books, board games, and DVDs.
Access to the property is by a securely gated, private drive, offering parking for 4 vehicles.
The well-kept outdoor living & pool area are carefully maintained by a professional team on a regular basis. The garden terraces below the house as well as the field behind the house are traditional provençal style gardens, which offers olive trees and wild flowers.

Lac de Saint-Cassien is a 20 minutes drive away and is a beautiful freshwater lake with beaches and waterside restaurants. A fantastic place for kids and adults alike with an array of water sports, swimming, pedaloes and angling. The lake is known to be amongst the best lakes in the region for carp fishing, should you desire a more relaxed activity.
