「We had a wonderful time at the Outpost. It was perfectly located to Ohiopyle, Youghiogheny River Lake, and Laurel Caverns. We spent many evenings at the beautiful cabin just enjoying the many deer and turkey that roamed around. The highlight for us was the daily visits from Bart and Sofi -the neighbors labradors who where a wonderful welcome committee. We highly recommend The Outpost!」

「This cabin was SO peaceful! Perfect spot for visiting Frank Lloyd Wright's Western PA masterpieces. The cabin was clean, well-stocked (in terms of kitchen supplies) and cozy. I hope to return to this tranquil setting soon.」

「Great experience, would stay there again.」

「The beautiful wrap-around porch with several different seating options was our first hint that we could all spread out comfortably. The 9 of us, including 2 toddlers and a dog, had plenty of room, whether in one of the many bedrooms, in the library, the dining area, or the family room. Over 3 days, we never tired of examining the old photographs and paintings that filled every room. We enjoyed reading a brief history of the property in the family's binder and discovering that George Washington...

「This little cabin is absolutely amazing, it stayed cool inside despite it being almost 100 outside, the view was absolutely amazing and the hosts were very friendly and attentive, the space was very cozy and inviting, and the surrounding area was very beautiful, we loved the quaint and relaxing atmosphere, the pond and firepit were very nice and the whole experience was absolutely out of this world, we will definitely be returning in the fall, over all I will give this place a 10/10 on...

「Adorable Bungalow! Clean and well stocked. We were in town to attend our niece's wedding and were thrilled to be able to bring our 2 dogs with us. Host Jane was delightful and very helpful. The neighborhood was very quiet and within walking distance to shops, food etc. We will definitely book again in the future!」

「I decided to stay here as a gift to myself for Mother’s Day weekend with my dog.We had a great time!So easy to check in,close to stores such as groceries etc,and the nature trail I wanted to take my pet to was 10 minutes away.I would just say be aware of staying here in the warmer months.I had a few bug friends when I got in the hot tub but they didn’t bother me.I will definitely be coming back!」

「We fell in love with the space from the moment we drove in. It is everything we want for ourselves someday. Donnie was friendly, helpful, and generous. The creek was really high the first 2 days we were there; the area got a lot of rain just a couple of days before we arrived. And although the days were hot, the evenings were cool and amazing. There were cool mushrooms on site, mallard ducks and damselflies that visited us, and another elusive visitor at night. Watching him and his family...
