“This stay was my second stay at Country Cabin in Alpine, AL. this year if that says anything. Just like the first stay everything was perfect. We spent a day at Wind Creek Casino which is about a one hour drive away. On another day we went to Talladega Marksmanship Park and the next day we went gold prospecting in Talladega Creek and found several flakes of gold. The view of the sunrise in the morning from the cozy front porch with my coffee in hand was refreshment to my soul. “The house at first seemed too far out of the way for me, but once we got there we loved the location by the river and with a dock to fish and swim from. We loved that. The kitchen was well stocked for breakfasts. It became a great base to visit Montgomery, Selma and Birmingham; along with visiting family in the area. ”

“Nice semi-secluded area containing cabins apparently by the same owner. All the cabins are of the same construction and design. The cabins are laid out well on the property and gravel drives with attached carport areas. This is great and convenient for access to your your vehicle regardless of weather.
