Family get together for the AR/MO game
This was a darling property that suited our needs perfectly. Four king sized beds for two "older" and two younger couples. We had a wonderful time. The location was so convenient to all things UA and to Walker Park/the bike trail and many restaurants. Will definitely choose here again!

This property is exceptional! It’s a great location, close to campus, Dickson, everything we needed to do. Our daughter was singing National anthem at the men’s basketball game and we were very close to arena which made it so easy for our friends who traveled in to see her. It was perfect! Super clean,comfortable and really a great place to stay!! Thank you very much!

True Gem!
Once we were settled, we found that the location was perfect! There is a beautiful walking trail very close to the house where we went on morning strolls. This was our first time in Fayetteville and it was so beautiful coming from the Texas Coast. The house was very spacious and had everything we could have possibly needed. Beds were comfortable and it was a great space for the 7 of us. The owner was very communicative and nice. We had the best time when we were there and were able to relax and enjoy each others company. I can't thank Lance enough for opening up his house to us. We will be back if we ever have another reason to head that direction.
