Comfortable stay in a great location

Our family loved staying here for a long weekend. The house is comfortable and well appointed. Walkable to UArk campus. Loved the vintage Razorback decor and the back yard could not be better!

Great house and location

My family and I stayed at the house for a college tour. The property is very well maintained and is in a perfect location to campus. We had a blast playing pool and pickle ball during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Super Location and Backyard Oasis

Wow! We had such a great time spending our weekend at this amazing house! Group of moms and kids here for a campus tour and UArk campus tour. Enjoyed the front yard chairs, the putting green, the pickleball court- all of it. Located in such a fabulous part of the town on a quiet street right by the football stadium.

Visited son at UArk over long Labor Day weekend. Property was immaculately clean and feature high-end appliances and accessories. Loved all the extra amenities like pool table, putting green, and pickleball court. Would highly recommend property.

We just absolutely loved our stay here. We have stayed at homes around the area before but none compare to this! The house was well equipped with anything you may need during the stay and if anything else was needed when the host reached out to check in on us, they were more than happy to help! Graduation Weekend

We have stayed at a lot of different VRBOs in Fayetteville. This was one of our favorites. Beautiful, clean house. Close to campus. Our host was very responsive. Will definitely book here again.

Absolutely ADORABLE! This house is perfect! Safe, quiet neighborhood! Walkable to campus. Immaculately clean! Communication was almost too good (if that can even be a thing!) there are plenty of linens for all guest. Every detail has been thought through. Thank you for an amazing stay! We hope to visit again soon!

Game day

This property was perfect for our friends to have dinner before the basketball game. The house is spectacular and a short walk to any Razorback athletic facility. We will be back.

Pickleball!!!!!

The number one reason we booked was the pickleball court in the back yard. The home also had plenty of room for our group of 2 sets of parents and 2 college students. The only downside was that the of the 2 king bedrooms, the one downstairs had to share the only downstairs bathroom (a half bath) with the household, and had sliding barn doors that did not completely cover the door opening so not complete privacy. The upstairs king suite was amazing though and the 2 additional upstairs bedrooms were cozy but adequate. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and I would highly recommend!

Beautiful property. Nice weekend stay.

This is a beautiful property. We had a great stay. Beds are very comfortable and everything is high end. We were a bit frustrated upon arrival that the hot tub was not filled or working. This was addressed to our satisfaction, although it was a bummer after we had confirmed there would be a working hot tub. The other outdoor amenities were snow covered but we were able to borrow a snow shovel and clear the pickleball court for use. Having a snow shovel at the house would be a good idea. Overall, a very nice stay and we were very comfortable. The late checkout was appreciated.
