Perfect Location for University Visit
This property was absolutely perfect for an enjoyable college visit to the University of Arkansas. The location allowed us to explore the University, Dickson Street, Fayetteville Square and other surrounding neighborhoods all by foot. The property was clean and very comfortable. I recommend staying here!

Excellent location, great condo, excellent customer service
We recently stayed for a week at this property and it couldn’t have been any better. Great location, within walking distance to area attractions, restaurants, and the university. Security gate and keyless entry worked flawlessly and management was very responsive to all requests. Very clean, well furnished, and roomy condo. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful, comfortable, clean condo!
My travel friend and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here for a local concert! The condo was clean, comfortable and was furnished beautifully! It is very convenient to walking/biking trail, shops and restaurants. We walked just about everywhere we wanted to go and would have even walked to the concert venue at Baum Walker Hall if it hadn't been raining. Highly recommend staying here and I will definitely stay here again!
