"A room w/ guests in our alcove area were smoking pot. The smell was everywhere. The hotel was supposed to be a nonsmoking building. It really created a horrible environment. When we checked out I mentioned it to the desk person and he brushed it off saying the manager was aware of it. "

"The apartment was fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans. It is in a great location for visiting the University and going to The Square or Dickson Street. It is a basement unit attached to the main house. You can hear people upstairs, but that didn't bother me. The decor is somewhat out of date, but it was spacious, comfortable and reasonably priced. "

"Very clean and exactly as described. I liked that I could park under the carport or in the garage. Quiet street despite being so close to Dickinson St. Very cute home for a trip to Fayetteville or the University of Arkansas!!"

"We absolutely loved the property's location. We were able to walk to just about every place we wanted to visit, including restaurants. We appreciated the modern look and layout of the house as well. I only wish we had taken more advantage of the large dining table in the kitchen and that the weather had been warmer to enjoy the outdoor spaces. The street is fairly quiet, which is a big plus. "

"Location is ideal if you want to be downtown! Nice decor and very clean. A/C works great. My only complaint was the water pressure- very difficult to wash my hair in the shower with so little pressure. But I would definitely stay again."
