「A delightful space. It was exceptionally clean unit. Everything was so well laid out and well maintained Contact with the host was seamless, and so easy. The location is so accommodating to view the heart of Seattle, with walking distance to both Pike Place and the Needle. Worth every penny!!」

「What a perfect location! The apartment is within walking distance of so many Seattle attractions, and very close to several public transportation stops. If the weather is good, the rooftop space with picnic tables and chairs is a gem, with a great view of the Space Needle. The unit is on the corner of the building on the top floor, so we never heard the neighbors. Our host was exceptionally responsive and has an online guide with great info on the apartment.」

「Clean place, accommodations were fine. the parking spot was difficult to get into and the key pad box to get into the building did not always work, but that is the building owners fault. Did not reach out to the host because it was not needed.」

「This is a quiet corner of Seattle, great location with a beautiful view of the Space Needle and the monorail. Sweeping views to Queene Anne from the roof. Parking!! Breakfast at the 5 Spot (iconic) around the corner. Pastries from La Parisienne (award winning) around the other corner. 」

「Bright, tidy, clean, comfortable, well appointed and walkable to attractions. We did not have a car so parking was not an issue. There were signs of homeless and addiction but we were never approached or felt threatened. Lovely Thai restaurant next door for a special dinner. Building was safe. 」

「Because I booked through Expedia and not directly through VRBO, the owner and I were struggling to connect. She was updating VRBO, but I couldn’t see it there. I had finally called VRBO to get her information to try to contact her when I hadn’t heard anything. It was difficult to start our communication, and there was no secure communication location for us.」
