「浴室牆上有毛 洗手台排水不易 門鎖不容易鎖 暖氣開關不好開 床太軟 雖然簡單過夜還行 但整體不太舒適」

「I booked a studio, but there was no refrigerator no microwave, not a studio TV did not have a remote. I'm very basic..」

「It was clean. The kitchen had the appropriate number of plates, utensils, etc. The courtyard was very nice. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.」

「Building is falling apart. Rooms are crooked. Door didn't sit flush with door frame. Air and light came through parts of all sides of door. New curtains let lots of side light in, so no complete darkness. Beds were lumpy. Heater didn't work. Walls were thin. We could hear the "live in" drug addicts outside the window all night talking, slamming the door nextdoor, and running the car for hours until 12:30am. The car stereo blasted music at 12:30 am and issues occured with no staff response....

「We are the customers checking staying in this hotel. The experience is very unsatisfactory and unhappy. There were insects in room, stain on the carpet, phone, alarm, hair dryer, they were all no function. There were hair clip, bottle caps left in room from other customers stayed before. When asking for room cleaning, nothing happened even I came to the front desk reiterating our demand. It is unbelievable and unacceptable. The worst and terrible hotel we have ever stayed. They don't care...

「This place was tucked amongst larger buildings which made it feel so cozy. We loved that the parking was easy and in front of our room. Very clean and simple, but nice. Just what we were looking for. I’ll come here again, great service from the staff. Breakfast was simple, but adequate.」
