The peace in the area, the sea breeze, and the salted smell can be felt in the atmosphere, offering the perfect scenery to sit with your family and friends at the great front terrace while sharing a delicious breakfast, or maybe a barbecue by a bottle of wine at the end of the day. The house features one only floor, although you will find a solarium terrace on the top to bask in the sun on one of the 4 dun loungers.
The house, preserving its traditional Mallorcan style, offers a wonderful living-dining room where you can sit and watch satellite TV, listen to some music and, of course, enjoy at the dining table the wonderful dishes you prepare in the kitchen, which is equipped with induction and all the appliances and utensils you need. If you are staying on colder days, there is a radiator. The laundry room is separate and offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms with bathtub serving the entire flat, as well as 3 bedrooms for your moments of relaxation. All of them offer wardrobe, fan and AC, two of them with two single beds and one with a double bed. If you are travelling with babies, we can prepare 2 cots and 2 high chairs.
The location of this beautiful house is perfect for those who love not just the beaches and little dreamy coves, but also nature. Porto Colom is a quite romantic place devoted for decades to the fishing art, something that highlights its charm. Every morning, you can admire the fishermen going to work in the sea coming back hours later with fresh fish to be tasted in the restaurants of the area. The surroundings offer breathtaking coves of turquoise water like Cala Marçal, Cales de Mallorca, Cala Sa Nau or Cala d'Or, but also green landscapes that will amaze you.
The capacity of this property is 4 + 2 guests. The base rate covers 4 guests; for each additional guest, an extra charge will apply. If the booking does not include payment for these 2 additional guests, the extra beds may not be prepared or available for use.
