Our 2nd stay at Cabot. Although the hotel is dated, great staff service, food service, and location bring us back for more. The hotel is rumored to undergo a major renovation this winter off-season. Will be interesting to see how it looks afterwards.

On general is good location very good very near from the beach (one jump away from the beach).swimming pool are ok ,food most of the time are perfect. Drink it can be better if they add some more options on all inclusive rate.

Rooms are basic but they are all you need considering the surrounding area. The Included buffet breakfast was great value and provided a good range of food, a great option to have a quick and easy breakfast before seeing the island. The dinner at the hotel was more ordinary and the included wines on tap were terrible (sorry to say). Maybe the dinner is more for families, everything else about the hotel was great. Staff were all very welcoming and nice, especially Roman at the front desk. will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay, nice room with an amazing view. Just the noice in this building was disturbing us, you can even hear the guests in the neighbor rooms talking. Very friendly and helpful staff

The hotel is very tired and dated and could do with a revamp. The hotel is very regimented, the All Inclusive ends at 11pm with just 1 more hour of drinks available to buy before it completely closes. The food was practically the same daily although it was fresh. The staff were great , Sarah the children’s entertainer went above and beyond to keep the kids entertained.

The staff especially Louis and his team make this hotel so enjoyable. This is my Ruth year and I’ve seen some changes, best one was a few years ago with efficient aircon. This year Cabot have taken it over and the food and entertainment has gone up a few notches. Yes, the hotel is looking dated but I’m told a refurb is on the cards, and for one I will be back for the ninth time next year. Great position, free Wi-Fi throughout and even half board you can have drinks with your meals. As I say, star players are Louis and his team but all staff make the few shortcomings due to age irrelevant. Thank you

We enjoyed a week at the Cala Ferrera. The hotel is not as dated as I thought it would be having read some reviews. It could do with a refurb but is totally reasonable. Just don’t be shocked at the wooden door that leads out on to the balcony. The view that it leads to if you are lucky enough to see the sea ( we had a side sea view) was just breathtaking. We found that the food was not the best. It was a little odd, but certainly did not spoil our holiday. We always found something to eat. I understand that it’s a relatively small hotel compared to others, with mixed nationalities, so providing a range of food to suit everyone is somewhat tricky. My only suggestion would be that food could be replenished quicker. Staff were very lovely and always willing to help and work extremely hard. The location is just perfect. Cala Ferrera is beautiful. Entertainment was very low key. Zack the animation person was very sweet. Always smiling. Although we did not travel with kids, he looked very fun when entertaining the kids. Luis and Eduardo- do they ever stop working? They seemed to be there constantly and always smiling and never looked stressed. All in all a very lovely, relaxing holiday. We would return. Thank you!!!

Amazing Location

Amazing Location We were pleasantly surprised arriving at this hotel. The reviews were positive but also very negative so we were not sure what to expect. We had a front sea view room with a balcony. The views were amazing and we felt that any negative aspects were worth putting up with just because of the location. The room is simple but comfortable enough. No drinks facilities so we had brought some of our drinks and a kettle and asked for milk every day. The noise level every night from the adjacent hotel was unbearable. The entertainment went on from around 21:00 until 23:00, so have a good book or watch something because it's impossible to sleep. However, there is plenty going on close by so enjoy being out and about until later. The hotel is a bit tired but it is spotlessly clean every day. The staff were excellent, hard working and generally friendly and courteous. One day my husband became very ill needing a doctor, and Khalid from reception acted promptly and efficiently getting a doctor - I am so grateful to him. The food could have more variety on the daily basis but it's not bad. There is enough there to choose from. We would recommend this hotel for it's location, price and the staff.

Lovely stay

This hotel is worth every Penny £325 for eight nights B/B for two in April 24. This hotel is in a beautiful location the views over the bay are amazing , it may be dated but the place is clean in every area the staff are helpful and polite. From a previous experience with All inclusive we feel B/B is the best option, would definitely use this hotel again.

The rooms are in urgent need of renovation. The signs of wear are evident everywhere, including the mirrors and the bathroom. I can understand having two beds in a room, but what doesn’t make sense is that the beds have wheels — it’s uncomfortable for a couple. It’s also hard to understand why they still use shower curtains these days; it’s not very hygienic. The soundproofing is also nonexistent, both from the outside and between rooms. Another downside is the parking — the hotel has very few spaces for the number of rooms. The only positive aspect of the hotel is its location.

The photos used to market the property vs. the actual property feel like you've been catfished. The rooms are so outdated, no fridge, moldy shower and stained linens. If you pay more for a sea view, it is also a pool view - people can see directly onto your balcony. Doesn't feel relaxing or private at all. Sooooo noisy, I can hear everything from the room over. Hallways are carpeted and smell. If you want a towel for the pool, you'll be charged. There are so many other hotels in the area that give you the exact same access and distance to the beach that are actually maintained and updated.
