  • Villa Capricho in Illes Balears is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with your loved ones. The 100 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 bedrooms (1 with en-suite bathroom and 2 sharing a bathroom), accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A cot and high chair are available.



    The villa offers a private outdoor space with a pool, garden, covered and open terraces, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Events and parties are not allowed.



    The property is located near the beach. There is a parking space on the premises. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted.



    The property provides guidelines to help you separate waste correctly; more information is available on site. The accommodation uses energy-saving lighting. Air conditioning is available only in the bedrooms and operates free of charge from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. Guests may request up to 2 baby sets (cot and high chair). The first set is free, and the additional set is available for an extra fee.

Een dikke aanrader. Alles was schoon en alles was aanwezig.

Pros: Heerlijk zwembad, schoondochters en erg compleet huis. Prima ligging, erg gastvrije host Paula. Het ontbreekt je bij villa Capricho echt aan niks. Heerlijke rust, luxe en op 15 minuten rijden van Cala D'or in het bruisende de leven.

Schönes freistehendes Haus auf sehr großen Grundstück.

Pros: Die Vermieterin (Paula) wohnt mit Ihrem Mann auf dem benachbarten Grundstück, ist sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf jederzeit erreichbar (spricht englisch). Der große Garten mit Terasse und der Pool sind das Highlight dieses Ferienhauses. Innen ist das Haus etwas kleiner und weniger modern eingerichtet, als es auf den Photos erscheint. Dafür ist alles in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand - alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Portocolom ist ein schönes Küstenstädten mit mehreren sehr guten Restaurants. Zu Fuss sind es allerdings 25 min bis zum Hafen, da das Haus schon etwas abgelegen liegt. Wir haben fast immer das Auto genommen.
