"This was a very disappointing experience, especially for a Hilton property. When my friends and I arrived, we spoke with the valet attendant, Scott, because we were attending a concert and likely would not be staying overnight. We asked if we could pay the 12-hour valet rate instead of the $49 overnight rate. Rather than listening to our explanation, Scott repeatedly interrupted us and told us he would charge us twice. He then told us we could “go park somewhere else and pay a cheaper price.” The interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily rude. Despite the interaction, we paid the valet fee and continued with our evening. When we returned from the concert around 11 PM, we attempted to shower and discovered that the water in our room was completely freezing cold. We waited and tried again, but the water never warmed up, making it impossible to shower. When we checked out, we informed Wayne at the front desk about the issue. Wayne was professional and kind, and he offered to move us to another room. However, given the earlier negative experience and the inconvenience we had already experienced, we declined and chose to leave. Wayne did explain how we could escalate our concerns.
Unfortunately, when we went to retrieve our vehicle from valet, we encountered another unpleasant interaction with Matt, who was also rude when we asked if there was any possibility of adjusting the valet charge since we had not stayed overnight as we originally explained.
