Prachtige omgeving , het huis is voorzien van alles qua comfort en heel aangenaam om er te verblijven. Er is veel ruimte op het domein zelf en er zijn geen te directe buren waardoor je de indruk krijgt dat je ergens alleen bent. Het contact met de eigenaars is via telefoon en mail gedaan en was zeer aangenaam. Het huis is zeker een aanrader qua verblijf, ligging en alle nodige comfort.

Moi qui avait très peur avec tout ce que l'on entend sur les locations de vacances. J'ai été très surprise. La maison était plus que parfaite. De l'électroménager et de la literie de qualité ! J'ai jamais vu ça dans une location. Il y a tout ce que l'on peut avoir besoin. Même pour les enfants. Petit bémol sur l'extérieur et la piscine qui selon moi devrait être repenser pour la sécurité des enfants en bas âge. Pour le reste notre séjour s'est très bien passé et la personne nommée comme contact est très réactive et professionnelle. Ne pas hésitez à louer !

het huisje is rustig gelegen. Aan het zwembad en aan de tafel buiten op het overdekte terras kan je genieten van het prachtige uitzicht. De airco maakte het aangenaam om 's avonds te slapen. Dit voelde niet aan als een vakantiehuisje maar als een echte woning.

Vakantiehuis Cristal de Roche is een aanrader. Het is een net en comfortabel opgevat huis met een heel grote keuken die alles te bieden heeft. De airco is meer dan een pluspunt tijdens de warme anders slapeloze nachten. We leven natuurlijk meer buiten dan binnen en daar is rondom het prachtige zwembad, met fenomenaal uitzicht, meer dan genoeg ruimte. Mijn echtgenote en ikzelf verbleven in het bijhuis waardoor we even konden vluchten voor de drukke kleinkinderen 😄. Mooie wandelingen doe je in de buurt maar om te winkelen heb je de wagen nodig. De eigenaar hebben we niet ontmoet maar is bij het minste probleem bereikbaar en geeft snel en vriendelijk respons.

De villa lag een stukje van de rustige weg op een heuvel met een prachtig uitzicht over het dal en in de verte de Pyreneeën. Het huis heeft een prachtige tuin, een groot verwarmd zwembad en een ruim terras met ligbanken. Deels overdekt met eettafel en comfortabele eetkamerstoelen. Het huis zelf is zeer ruim en werkelijk van alle gemakken en comfort voorzien. We zijn werkelijk niets tekort gekomen. Binnen is alles meer dan volledig ingericht van keuken tot aan comfortabele stoelen en een praktische werkhoek. Slaapkamers met fijne bedden. De omgeving was prachtig. Ook de directe omgeving was mooi en gelegenheid tot wandelen. De omringen de dorpjes hebben leuke echte franse eetgelegenheden, vaak van prima kwaliteit. In het dorp is een klein winkeltje waar brood en eerste behoeften zijn te krijgen. Voor de echte boodschappen moet je wat verder rijden. Ook op goed te bereiken afstand is een stad als Carcassone en is ook gelegenheid om bijvoorbeeld te kanoën. Wij hebben genoten van het voortreffelijke huis, de mooie omgeving en natuurlijk het weer.

Snel gevonden.1ste contact goed verlopen. Zeer mooi huis op een rustige, prachtige omgeving. Dit is geen vakantiehuisje maar een volwaardige woning waar alles aanwezig is net als thuis. Het uitzicht is enorm. Wij hadden mooi maar winderig weer. Dat was misschien ook de reden dat het zwembad aan de koude kant bleef. Jammer dat de warmtepomp de temperatuur dan niet omhoog krijgt. De aanwezigheid van het 2de kleine huis is een pluspunt. De eigenaars nemen gedurende de vakantie even contact op om te horen hoe het gaat. Het huis ligt heel rustig maar toch ben je snel in de bewoonde wereld.

Prachtige woning met alles wat een mens nodig heeft om zijn vrije tijd zorgeloos door te brengen. Villa is op een lokatie gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht over het lager gelegen dorp. Aan het zwembad geniet je de ganse dag zon. Het overdekte terras bied je de mogelijkheid om eens te pauzeren in de schaduw en te genieten van lange gezellige avonden buiten. Bovendien beschikt de woning over mooie ruime kamers en is er overall airco. Heel verzorgde en praktisch ingerichte villa. Door de hoge tevredenheid boekten we deze woning twee opeenvolgende jaren. Een echte aanrader in een mooie rustgevende omgeving.
