Welcome to Les Hirondelles, a serene holiday retreat named after the elegant swallows. Nestled in the charming village of Félines Minervois, this spacious home offers the perfect blend of comfort and nature. With easy access to the historic city of Carcassonne and the scenic village of Minerve, it’s an ideal base for exploring the enchanting Languedoc region. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, this haven promises an unforgettable stay. The property features a lush, enclosed 4000 m² garden filled with fruit trees and cozy corners for sun or shade. Several terraces surround the house, including one with a heated swimming pool and Roman steps, and another with a built-in barbecue—perfect for summer evenings. Inside, the 174 m² home is thoughtfully designed with eco-friendly heating and cooling systems, ensuring year-round comfort powered partly by solar energy. Spread across two floors, the house accommodates up to eight guests. The ground floor includes a welcoming lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for eight, three bedrooms, and a modern bathroom. Upstairs, the master suite boasts a private dressing room and a luxurious bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub. With ample parking, a utility room, and direct garage access, Les Hirondelles combines rustic charm with modern convenience for a truly relaxing escape. A utilities & service fee of EUR 160,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Due to safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric car via the holiday home's domestic power network

A pleasant property with good facilities.

A lovely, spacious property with all the facilities required by the family. Would recommend that the listing is clearer that NO towels are provided without charge as this is now a requirement in the UK.Some information about local places, i.e. Carcassonne, Narbonne, etc. and perhaps a map of the area would have allowed us to give full 5 stars.
