「Family owned and operated. The husband checked us in and was very friendly and chatty about the area which was helpful. The rooms are set back from the road so it is quite in the room. I liked the fire pits out front. There is also a small swimming pool. Good breakfast place a short, 5 minute walk down the road, Pennyroyal.」

Also, some less than desirable, loud and rude individuals in the room next to us, yelling and screaming while slamming the door back and forth at 2am!! 「The property is dated and in need of care. The rooms were passable but still some issues (spiders in the bathroom, dirt on the walls, mold spots in the fridge). Our main problem is that our room smelled very musty and mildewy. When we arrived on our first night the mini-fridge was working. But we found the next evening the fridge was now not working and had leaked water on the floor which likely explains the mildew smell in the room.
